.22 CALIBER ( .224 ) 40 GR. BLITZKING

For Rifles - this bullet is designed for explosive expansion in varmints and small game and with accuracy characteristic of the MatchKing bullets.

The nose tips of this bullet is made of a proprietary acetyl resin compound, and the sharp tips improve the ballistic coefficient over the traditional flat-base Spitzer bullet design.
The 40 grain BlitzKing #1440 has a flat base. All the BlitzKing bullets in 22 caliber are designed to be fired at muzzle velocities up to 4400 fps.

For Handguns - The 40 grain bullet is recommended for smaller cartridges, such as the 22 Hornet up to the 222 Remington.
